Is the web REALLY DEAD???
The society has grown, and so should technology. The word that runs the world nowadays is speed (at least for PARTS of the world...no offence to other countries), in other words technology needs to be in sycn with our pace and the web isn't doing so, that is where apps come into place. It's a trend where we begin with post mail yet there's this GAP between the sender and the receiver. Same goes to newspaper and telegraph, the wait for the print, delivery, and translate no longer meets the requirement of the world. Then comes the telephone and television, where the people request FASTER ACCESS and BETTER CONNIVENCE and is now replaced with YouTube and text messages where the intended/specific information can be accessed anytime anywhere yet still tied to the need of web access (excluding sms). And it all comes down to today where apps runs our lives with out the need of the web, technology is finally in sync (for now) with our pace and not long before we require more. Therefore it is not us to blame, nor them, its just a part of the trend where the something JUST abit better replaces another inorder to meet our needs. And the web isn't dead, and so is television, phone, post mail (maybe telegraph but who still uses that), its just placed aside for now due to its inconvenience.
